One-on-one and small group (4-6 players) sessions include age and stage appropriate skills & drills, sports fitness and sports nutrition information.

Individual- $25/player per 60 Minutes

2 Players - $20/player per 60 Minutes

Small-Group - $15/player per 60 Minutes (3-6 players)

Team - $10/player per 60 Minutes (7-15 players)

*25% off if you book 4 sessions or more
